Projects / Fictional concept projects

Imagine the
atmosphere.

Six concept projects shaped through brief, design response and material direction. None are completed client commissions.

01 — Casa Bruna

A slower
kind of depth.

Concept / complete residential interior / Milan

Brief
Bring warmth and rhythm to a generous apartment without making it feel over-designed.

Design response
Layer rooms around a quieter central living space, using furniture to create pauses rather than barriers.

Material direction
Smoked walnut, pale plaster, warm travertine and accents of muted burgundy.

02 — Via Sera

A home of
soft thresholds.

Concept / renovation interiors / Brera context

Brief
Rework a sequence of rooms so daily life can move naturally between gathering and retreat.

Design response
Use openings, low joinery and a continuous floor tone to make the plan feel more connected.

Material direction
Ivory plaster, walnut joinery, brushed bronze and an olive-grey textile ground.

03 — Studio Olmo

Less furniture.
More presence.

Concept / furnishing / Porta Venezia context

Brief
Furnish a bright apartment with pieces that feel collected, not catalogued.

Design response
Keep the architecture quiet and let a few sculptural pieces carry the visual conversation.

Material direction
Oiled oak, chalky wall colour, dark stone and a restrained olive textile palette.

04 — Casa Lenta

A room to
come back to.

Concept / selected rooms / Navigli context

Brief
Give a bedroom and adjoining bath a more restful, tactile identity.

Design response
Reduce visual noise and let the transition between sleep, dressing and bathing feel continuous.

Material direction
Mineral plaster, deep olive, warm limestone and small brushed-metal details.

05 — Palazzo Quieto

Old bones,
new ease.

Concept / renovation interiors / Milan

Brief
Respect the character of a historic apartment while making its everyday use simpler.

Design response
Keep the strongest existing gestures and add calm, contemporary support around them.

Material direction
Existing timber, honed stone, warm white, walnut and a quiet burgundy note.

06 — Olive House

A gentle
edge of green.

Concept / complete residential interior / Milanese outskirts

Brief
Build a complete interior around a connection to garden, season and changing light.

Design response
Keep the main rooms open to the landscape while giving each one a distinct temperature.

Material direction
Olive paint, pale plaster, walnut, linen and soft limestone.
